Elite Restorations is a family-owned and operated business built on decades of experience, dedication, and a passion for quality craftsmanship. Our owner, George Rodriguez, began his career in construction at the young age of 17, working alongside his father, George Rodriguez Sr. Through years of hands-on experience, mentorship, and hard work, George Jr. eventually took over the company after his father’s retirement, continuing the legacy with pride and purpose.
George has worked with leading industry names such as Floor & Decor, where he served as a head installer across four different locations, and Farmers Insurance, overseeing roofing and wind restoration projects for more than five years. Under George’s leadership, Elite Restorations has grown into a thriving business generating over $1.5 million in annual revenue.

Michael Hanson
Estimator
Michael brings a keen eye for detail and extensive knowledge of construction to every project. As Elite Restorations’ Lead Estimator, he is responsible for providing accurate, fair, and transparent project assessments. His expertise ensures that our clients understand the scope, cost, and timeline of their restorations from day one. “I am an estimator who is driven by ensuring the best customer service and experience possible”Some of my favorite hobbies would include watching a ton of sports especially the rockets and Astros as well as producing and listening to music. I am a student for Economics with a focus in research at the University of Houston and I also went to high school in Houston as well at Langham Creek High School. I am a huge rockets fan as I attend at least 25-30 games a year and have recently became a season ticket holder. I play a somewhat large variety of instruments and have extensive knowledge of most instruments as well. I am also a huge fan of music and listen to it most of my day and enjoy almost every genre with my favorite being indie rock.
Daniela
Office Operator Manager
Daniela is a key part of the engine that keeps Elite Restorations running. As an Office Operator Manager, she handles client support, scheduling, documentation, and coordination with the team. Her dedication, friendly attitude, and strong organizational skills ensure that every project flows smoothly and that clients feel informed and cared for throughout the process. I truly love my work, the company, and—most of all—our customers. I’m a creative individual who finds joy in developing new ideas and seeing them come to life. Whether I’m collaborating on a project or sharing a moment with a client, I aim to bring energy, authenticity, and care to everything I do. Health and wellness are also central to my lifestyle. I enjoy exercising regularly, staying fit, and maintaining a healthy diet.—I enjoy exercising, staying fit, and living a balanced lifestyle. I hold an Associate’s Degree in Nursing and am currently working toward my Bachelor’s to continue growing both personally and professionally. Beyond work, I’m a proud mom of two beautiful daughters and have been happily married for 11 years. I deeply value faith, love God, and am passionate about people. I especially enjoy deep conversations and forming meaningful connections—nothing inspires me more than connecting heart-to-heart.
Norma
Office Operator Project Manager
Norma plays a vital role in the overall coordination of Elite Restorations' projects. She is responsible for organizing project timelines, managing communication, and scheduling all installations. Norma ensures that each job is aligned with our team’s capacity and the client's expectations. Her ability to manage logistics and keep projects on track makes her an essential part of our operations. I'm a Fur mom to a loveable Yorkie named Chapo, and lucky to be an aunt to two awesome nephews, whom I spend time with often. I like to help the elders in my community with chores and their shopping needs. Also into nostalgic and vintage items, where I turned 'Treasure Hunting' into a hobby and do e-commerce in my spare time. Love traveling and gettitng to know different places and cultures every chance I get
